Add Button

Adds a new database entry. This brings up the Edit Alias Information dialog (as shown above). See below for additional information on this dialog.

Delete Button

Deletes an existing database entry.

This does not delete the directory or files from the server PC, but only removes the alias to that directory from the list of available databases used by Apollo Database Server.

Edit Button

Edits an existing database entry. This brings up the Edit Alias Information dialog. See below for additional information on this dialog.

Save Button

Saves the additions/changes to the database entry and makes the new information available immediately to any client applications.

Cancel Button

Cancels any additions or edits that have not yet been saved.

Refresh Button

Forces a refresh of the displayed database data from the server PC.
